We keep things simple. Every TrailWynd order ships free across Australia, no minimums and no hidden surprises. The price you see on the product page already includes all shipping costs.
Fast processing
We aim to get your order moving quickly. Most orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are handled the next business day.
Once your order is placed, it goes straight into our packing queue, which means we’re unable to amend, cancel, or add to an order after it has been submitted.
Delivery timeframes
Estimated delivery windows after dispatch:
- Metro areas: usually 2 to 4 business days
- Regional and remote: usually 3 to 8 business days
These are estimates only. Carrier delays can occur during peak periods or due to weather or network issues.

We ship with trusted national carriers including:

- Sendle
Your shipping confirmation email will include your tracking link so you can follow your order from our hands to yours.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to begin updating.
If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, reach out and we’ll check it for you.
Authority to Leave
TrailWynd orders are shipped with Authority to Leave (ATL) by default. This means the carrier may leave your parcel in a safe location at the delivery address without requiring a signature.
If you choose to allow this, please note:
- Once the carrier scans the parcel as delivered, it is considered received
- TrailWynd can only guarantee delivery and product condition up to the moment it is marked as delivered
- Any loss, theft, weather exposure or damage after an unattended delivery is outside our control
If you prefer not to have parcels left unattended, please use a delivery address where someone will be available to receive it.
Incorrect addresses or returned parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect, incomplete or the parcel wasn’t collected in time:
- We can resend it, but a new shipping fee may apply
- If you prefer a refund, we will refund the product price once it’s returned in unused condition
Lost or damaged deliveries
If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, contact us as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- Photos (if applicable)
- Any delivery notes or cards from the carrier
We’ll work with you to sort things quickly.
Busy periods
During peak seasons or public holidays, dispatch and delivery times may vary slightly, but we’ll always do our best to keep your order moving.
